Dazzling Customer Service
Our Customer Service Call Center partner maintains a fully-functional call center answered by trained representatives who know about the products we sell and the needs of our Members. In addition to the capability of accommodating numerous concurrent incoming calls, our Call Center utilizes a self-monitoring call management system with automatic call distribution.

Our Customer Service Call Center is available to handle a wide variety of inquiries from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time on Saturdays. Members are welcome to leave voice messages after hours and calls are returned by a designated agent within 24 hours.  Additionally, Members can access benefit information and provider listings by visiting our provider locator website at  www.locateproviders.com.  (Be sure to have your Member ID and Group Number available.)

Only the highest quality non-insured benefit products are included in each Companion Care plan.  This attention to quality offers our Members the assurance that each product will perform for their benefit exactly as represented.

Reasonable Prices
No, we're not the "cheapest" plan available - that's not our goal.  But, "there is no better value anywhere in the  marketplace than Companion Care."  This is a powerful claim; so we encourage everyone to compare Companion Care to any other plan available - feature-for-feature, benefit-for-benefit and dollar-for-dollar.  Determine which benefits you will actually use, and which are simply "fluff" that only increase the price.  Then, if you can find another plan at a lower price that suits your needs and offers the same measure of quality and service as Companion Care, buy it!
